Introduction

Teaching and Learning Cell is established in the college to fulfill all the requirements of students in the college regarding teaching learning and evaluation. Through this cell teachers and students are interlinked with one another. This cell makes annual planning of the work related with the teaching and learning. Teachers prepares annual plan of the teaching and learning and the same is communicated to the students through Vidyasabha. Along with the teaching and learning this cell prepares Academic Calendar of the college by following the guidelines given by Dr. Babasaheb Ambedkar Marathwada University Aurangabad in their academic calendar. Completion of syllabus in time and its continuous assessment is the prime function of this cell. Planning of use of ICT enabled tools for effective teaching-learning process by the teachers is done by this cell. This cell also organizes Seminars, Conferences, and Workshops, Guest lecturers for faculty and to the students. The Cell assesses the learning levels of students and organizes a special programme fro advanced learners and slow learners. Quiz competition, Group discussion and Student seminars are organized for the students. Frequently this cell arranges and organizes Short Tours,Excursion Tours, Visit to the Industries, Visit to the historical places etc.


The cell also ensures to the students that each and every activity which is required for the overall development of students is organized by this cell. It also works to develop the soft skills, communication skill, Experimental learning, Participative learning and problem solving methodologies among the students to enhance their learning experiences. This cell ensures that the internal assessment is transparent and robust in terms of frequency and mode. It controls and workout the mechanism to deal with internal examination related grievances is transparent, time- bound and efficient. Through this cell Teachers and students are aware of the stated Programme and course outcomes of the Programmes offered by the institution. Attainment of Programme outcomes and course outcomes are evaluated by this cell. Student Satisfaction Survey (SSS) survey is done by this cell to analyze the total teaching learning process and facilities available in the institution for this process.

Objectives

  • To organize the seminars, conferences, workshops and guest lecturers for faculty and to the students.
  • To assess the learning levels of students and organizes a special programme for advanced learners and slow learners.
  • To organize the Quiz competition, Group discussion and Student seminars, Short Tours, Excursion Tours, Visit to the Industries, Visit to the historical places etc.
  • To ensure to the students that each and every activity which is required for the overall development of students is to be organized by this cell.
  • To develop the soft skills, communication skill, Experimental learning, Participative learning and problem solving methodologies among the students to enhance their learning experiences.
  • To do the internal assessment of students and to solve all the doughts of students regarding their assessment.

Standard Operating Procedure

  • Fulfill the requirements of students in the college regarding teaching learning and evaluation.
  • Preparation of annual planning of the work related with the teaching and learning.
  • Academic Calendar of the college is prepared at the beginning of college.
  • Syllabus is completed in time and its continuous assessment is done by the cell.
  • Preparation of annual planning for use of ICT enabled tools for effective teaching-learning process by the teachers.
  • Seminars conferences, workshops and guest lecturers for faculty and to the students are organized.
  • Learning levels of students are analyzed and a special programme for advanced learners and slow learners is organized.
  • Quiz competition, group discussion and student seminars, short tours, excursion tours, visit to the industries, visit to the historical places etc is to be done.
  • Soft skills, communication skill, Experimental learning, Participative learning and problem solving methodologies among the students to enhance their learning experiences are organized.
  • Internal assessment of students is done as per planning.
  • Prepare for the assessment of students satisfaction survey (SSS).
