Introduction

Placement Cell is committed to meet the career objectives of students and cater to the Human Resource needs of Organizations interested in conducting campus interviews for placements of students.The cell works to nurture and prepare students for their future careers and bring success and repute to the institution. The Cell communicates through both, online and offline modes, and caters to all students of the college. Placement Cell acts as an interface between the students and the recruiters and is responsible for placement of final year students, providing internship opportunities and grooming the students of all batches. The Cell also conducts various training programs, workshops, seminars and webinars by industry experts, and regularly takes up various initiatives to develop students' skills and impart knowledge and awareness in multiple areas.

Objectives

To create awareness amongst the students regarding available career options and to help them in identifying their career objective.
To prepare students for campus recruitments by arranging training in aptitude tests, group discussions and preparing them for various interview rounds through professional trainers.
To organize regular training and development programs in order to hone skills of the students and transform them into professionals.
Updating the students with current market trends periodically through various initiatives to prepare for the industry expectation.
Aiming to place the maximum number of students through campus and off campus recruitments by reputed companies

Standard Operating Procedure

Students to register under Placement Cell
Contact HR department of various companies and request them to give profile of the jobs offered by them
Forward the job profiles to the students via a Google form.
Students to register for the placement process and fill up the Google form.
Send the details of the registered students to the company
The company to intimate the students to attend the recruitment process at the college campus or at the company premises.
The company to intimate the Placement Committee of the college about the details of the selected candidates via an email.
Selected student to be handed over a provisional placement letter by the company.
To organize Placement training programs and guest lectures of eminent resources persons from the industry from time to time to benefit the students.
