The committee is working with the aim of becoming more and more aware of soft skills. Awareness for Personality Development should be created and students should stand confidently and succeed in any field they choose in their daily life in any job or business and also to increase reputation in the society.
To Develop skills in Communication , Effective Presentation ,Team Management ,Leadership, Development of positivity, appropriate behavior skills, Development of Discipline, Control Management Skills Development of Social Skills, Being self-aware of learning and absorbing new things, Creating total personality development.
Quarterly Meetings are arranged with members. Guidance provided on personal level to students for Personality Development by committee members .
