Examination Cell

Objectives

The Main objective of the cell is to conduct university examinations as per the guidelines issued by Dr. B.A. M. University Examination Cell.

Standard Operating Procedure

• Examination Circular, Guideline, Notices received from the University are duly served to all concerned.
• Preparation of smooth conduct of examinations, time table, invigilation duty chart, seat allotment in the examination halls etc.
• Appointment of vigilance squad
• Proper staff mobilization, assigning the duty as per the duty chart during the examination.
• To receive the report of unfair cases reported by vigilance squad from the examination hall and to take appropriate action
• After completion of examination, distribution and receiving of answer books from the concerned faculty, and preparing in the desired format to send them to university.
• Coordination with concern departments for smooth conduction of practical examination
• Coordination with all departments for conduction of two internal examination in each semester

Activities

Year Wise Committee
